1. Acceptance of Terms

When a form is submitted, we will make contact via phone or SMS. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the phone number. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you. 4. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting property details, financial data, or inquiries. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use of your account. Comply with all local, state, and federal laws related to real estate transactions.

5. Payment Terms

Fees: Fees for mentorship programs, tools, or consulting services will be disclosed upfront.

Taxes: You are responsible for taxes related to transactions facilitated through our Services.

Refunds: Refund policies (if any) are outlined in specific service agreements.

6. Disclaimers

No Guarantees: We do not guarantee investment returns, property valuations, or market outcomes. Real estate investing involves risk.

Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services linked through our platform. As-Is Basis: All services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AP Southern Properties LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits). Errors or omissions in property data, market analyses, or investment advice. Actions or omissions of third parties (e.g., contractors, title companies).

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:

Violation of these Terms. Fraudulent or harmful activity. Failure to pay fees (if applicable).

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Alabama, USA.

Dispute Resolution: Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Calhoun County, unless prohibited by law.
